Service Description We provide a multi-tenant Healthcare ERP SaaS platform including clinical, billing, inventory, telemedicine and related modules. 3. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring authorized use only. 4. Subscription & Billing Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled. 5. Limitation of Liability Our platform is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the system. 6. Termination We may suspend accounts for violation of these terms or non-payment.
